DEFINITION: PULLING AN ASHLEE: Lip Synching in Public, getting caught and being utterly humiliated. Jessica Simpson was set to perform at a Post-VMA Party at the Delano Hotel on Sunday. The blonde diva took the stage ready to perform and the wrong music played. |
Jessica fled the stage in embarassment. Her rep responded to the incident:“She wasn’t going to be singing - they were just going to play a part of the single for the crowd. The wrong track was sent, so they didn’t play it” Sure…great cover-up…almost as good as Ashlee’s sore throat explanation. |
