Us Weekly is reporting that Mary Kate Olsen is officially giving NYC the heave ho and heading west. The waifly thin, chain smoking, bohemian dressing twin, will reportedly be attending a California Art school this fall. Rumors surrounding the move suggest that it has something to do with MKO’s new boyfriend,Greek shipping heir and L.A. film student Stavros Niarchos.
