Photographer to sue Britney

Brad Diaz, the Paparazzi Photographer who was shot while stalking taking pictures of an event believed to be attended by Britney Spears, is planning on suing the Chaotic star for MILLIONS! The Sun quotes Mr. Diaz, “I can’t believe it. I was on a public street,”. Although the Spears’ camp denies any involvement in the shooting, Mr. Diaz claims that one of Britney’s security staff is responsible for the shooting.

In related news, I plan to sue Mr. Diaz for having such a horrible tribal tattoo.
